1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our email marketing application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Anti-Spam Policy.
If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement.
3. User Accounts
3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3.2. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3.4. You are limited to one account per person or entity.
4. Content Guidelines

5.3. Each email sent through our Service must include:
- A clear and conspicuous identification that the message is an advertisement or solicitation
- A valid physical postal address
- A clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism
5.4. You must honor opt-out requests promptly, within 10 business days.
5.5. You may not use false or misleading header information or deceptive subject lines.
5.6. You agree not to use our Service to send unsolicited bulk emails.
6. International Compliance
6.1. If you collect or process data from individuals in the European Union, you agree to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6.2. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding email marketing and data protection.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
